I have updated the Netscape Submit plugin, to allow for adding summary and tags, and fixing a bug with URLs that already existed on Netscape.com. The mechanics look good, but I think there should be more icon choices before considering this really done.

Instructions (again, for those unfamiliar with WP plugins):
1. Download the Netscape Submit Wordpress install file.
2. Install the resultant file into your wp-content/plugins folder.
3. Activate the plugin in the Wordpress admin console via the “Plugins” menu.
4. And you are done! Right now there are 2 choices, Small and Medium. You can toggle between these in admin under Manage -> Netscape
