So I went to see Lady Windermere’s Fan at the Gate Theater on Monday night, which was a great show. I sat next to 2 nice old ladies from Glasgow who asked me about my travels, and I told them about my plans to be in London for 2 weeks. They wanted to know what on earth I was going to do in London for 2 weeks, which I would imagine has as much to do with them being Scottish than anything else.

Then I woke up this morning and decided to fly to Paris instead of taking the bus to Cork. Sorry Julie…

And so I’m here. I am staying at Hotel Montpensier, at 12, rue de Richelieu until Thursday, and then Hotel Vivienne, at 40, rue de Vivienne until 6/16, after which I will be in London.

I rambled around Paris for a little while this afternoon, and Paris is a breathtakingly beautiful city. At first glance, New York takes a lot of its look from this city. The hotel I’m at today is literally 1 block away from the Louvre, which is pretty sporty.

Sorry to be so short, but the Frènçh kéyboàrd làyoùt is driving me nùts… :)

I already miss the Guinness.

P.S. I would be remiss if I didn’t say at least something I found humorous, so here goes - the people on the street dress like they just walked out of a Versace ad. And, as you might have guessed, I dress like the guy who pronounces it Ver-says.
